poor communication

the ambiance was charming, but my room was absolutely freezing. i expected a pampering experience, but was left with a cold, drafty space. also, breakfast at the nearby lowell inn? seriously? i really wish they’d communicate all these details upfront, but clearly, that’s too much to ask for. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Charming atmosphere created by unique decor. the breakfast experience catered excellently to our dietary preferences, though communicating cleaning protocols beforehand would have helped us feel more comfortable. our stay at aurora staples inn was fantastic! the king suite was elegant and spotlessly clean. we loved being so close to downtown, which made exploring easy. the whirlpool tub was a real treat after a fun day, and the certificate for breakfast at the nearby lowell inn was a delightful highlight.

Charming, spacious room with a cozy fireplace. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh coffee delivered to our door. A bit disappointed that breakfast was off-site at the Lowell Inn, which wasn’t mentioned in advance.

Couples looking for a romantic escape

We stayed in a King Suite which had a cozy fireplace that really set the mood. Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was amazing, Rachelle took some time to ask about our dietary needs and just went above and beyond.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.
